Policies & Guidelines
Thank you for inquiring about our services and for considering us to be your photographers. Capturing precious moments is my passion. We hope to deliver that passion for you and your family with fantastic quality and customer service. Hopefully, the information below will assist you with the bookings, policies, and the whole photo session experience.
Photo Session Information
All sessions require a NON-REFUNDABLE 25% DEPOSIT that goes toward the overall cost of your photo package. In addition, it books your date, time, and location without a scheduling conflict with other clients.
Photo Session slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Photo Session times and dates are booked ONLY WHEN A DEPOSIT has been paid. We suggest that you bring someone along for your session. You won't be as nervous if you have a close friend or family member with you. This person can help you get changed and also help with whatever else you need. We suggest you bring your own props and whatever else you would want/need. We may have props available, but there is no guarantee.
Payment
We Accept CASH, CASHAPP, ZELLE, and PAYPAL for your final payment at your session. All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via cash, cashapp or zelle.
Late Policy
If the client runs more than 10 mins late, a surcharge fee of $35 will be added. There is a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions. If additional time is desired by the client to retain the full photoshoot session time duration (depending on studio and photographer's availability), a $35/hr fee + additional late fees will be applied to their final invoice. Otherwise, the photoshoot session will end at the time specified in the original shoot,
Refund Policy
If your Photo Session is canceled due to an emergency, on our behalf, we will re-book your session at a time that accommodates you and us, or a deposit refund will be given in full. Likewise, if your session has to be canceled due to inclement weather, you will be rescheduled to the next available date that.
Due to the work that goes into preparing for your photo session, shooting, and processing your images, NO REFUNDS will be issued. However, we will ensure we go above and beyond to deliver high-quality images that meet your expectations. WillMedia is all about putting a smile on your face. WE ARE THE GOLDEN STANDARD.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business, a 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your session for any reason. Your deposit will be valid for the next available date if given adequate notice. Only one rescheduling will be allowed per deposit.
Punctuality Guidelines
Your session starts promptly at the time you booked. The amount of time you are late directly affects the time you have left for your photo session. Please consider the distance between your session and traffic so your session starts on time. This policy applies to all photo sessions with NO EXCEPTIONS! This policy is in place to ensure that we can give you the best experience with your photo session while maintaining punctuality and professionalism with clients who may be booked after your session.
TURNAROUND TIME
Clients will receive image proofs within 3 days of their shoot. Image proofs are watermarked and unedited. 5-7 Business Day Edit Turnaround, the period BEGINS after the edits are selected via the Photo Gallery by client and photographer is notified via EMAIL.
(Business Days do NOT include Saturday and Sunday).
EXTRA IMAGES ARE $15 PER IMAGE
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE PICTURES THAT WERE TAKEN DURING YOUR SESSION, YOU SHOULD CONTACT ME AND NOT SOMEONE ELSE.
